Easily store and protect the knife with the blade cover. Hand wash recommended with warm water and mild detergent. Instructions for use of Built-in Knife Sharpener: Step 1: Hold the bottom of the sharpening sleeve and gently remove the knife with the opposite hand. Step 2: Blade edge will sharpen as the knife is removed from the sleeve, as well as inserted into the sleeve.
